Thankful for Gabbas

Time for some catch up. We've been having lots of fun over here in Elk Grove. We recently took Savvy to see Yo Gabba Gabba live when the show came to town and her first concert was definitely a hit. She LOVED seeing all the characters live and got to do a dancey-dance, do a beat of the day with Biz Markie and meet all the Gabbas after the show during the after party. We had amazing seats-- front row center-- so the vantage point was great for tiny viewers... and mommies. :)

Yesterday was Thanksgiving and we had a fairly quiet holiday here at the new house. My parents are in town for the weekend and my brother and Savvy's auntie Cindy came to share the day with us. We decided to outsource this year and got our meal from Bel-Air. All we had to do was re-heat everything and it was delicious... especially the Diestel turkey. Yum. Today we did some shopping at Kohls and a few Goodwills. I'm sick of crowds and sick of shopping-- if that's even possible... :) Hope your holiday has left you with much to be thankful for.
